Rich Routines is a one-day wellness gathering for thirty women who are ready to reset — deliberately, luxuriously, together.

You arrive to an adaptogenic welcome drink on the terrace. You move through a gentle outdoor yoga flow with olive groves in view. You lie down for a self-guided lymphatic drainage ritual, warm towels within reach. You gather at a long, poolside table for a chef-plated, hormone-balancing lunch.

Then, the day slows. A guided Dream Life Power Hour. Time by the pool. A personalized portrait session on the grounds, if you want one. A gifting suite from the wellness brands you already love.

You leave at sunset — a little softer, a little more yourself.

What's included in the day

Sunlit Yoga

A gentle outdoor flow led on the estate lawn, framed by olive trees and morning light. All levels welcome. Mats and props provided.

Lymphatic Drainage

A self-guided ritual with dry brushes, warm towels, and a printed practice card to take home. Ninety minutes of quiet reset.

Dream Life Power Hour

A guided visioning session with a workbook you keep. Not a manifesting seminar. A genuine hour of clarity about what you actually want next.

Hormone-Balancing Lunch

Chef-prepared and served poolside. Seasonal produce, quality proteins, and the specific ingredients your endocrine system reaches for.

Poolside Reset

Loungers, adaptogenic beverages, and the kind of unhurried afternoon most women haven't had in a while. Bring a book. Or don't.

Signature Portrait Session

Optional add-on. Twenty minutes with a professional photographer on the estate grounds. Ten edited images delivered within ten days.
